Celebrating 15 Years of Service!

Our mission is simple:
To build healthy families.

Since its beginning in 1992, Susanna Wesley's mission is to build healthy families.  This is accomplished by providing youth with a safe environment while supporting parents as they create a nurturing home for their families and develop skills that lead to self-supporting independence.  (History)
As part of its mission, the Center provides Adult Education and Literacy Programs fostering employability and a financially secure future.  For persons age 16 and older, the Adult Education Program is designed to improve literacy skills, give specific pre-employment training in various trades, and enhance employability and long-term self sufficiency.
Children in our Early Childhood Education Center participate in a daily schedule in which they learn pre-literacy and valuable life skills.
Youth Programs at the Center are designed to encourage good citizenship, improve parent / child relationships, build self-esteem and promote the development of well rounded productive individuals.
Our Domestic Violence Program provides women and children who are the victims of domestic violence with a safe nurturing haven in our onsite shelter.
